Testing

AIM360 utilizes the most advanced functional lab testing to identify what’s going on in your body.  In order to understand how your body is functioning, we may order some of the following tests on you:

  • Comprehensive hormone and nutrient testing
  • Food Allergy & Celiac Testing
  • Brain Chemistry Testing
  • Comprehensive Nutrition Evaluation Testing
  • Comprehensive GI Testing
  • SIBO Testing

Comprehensive hormone and nutrient testing

This is the first hormone panel we use when testing all of our patients for hormonal imbalances and nutrient deficiencies.  Upon your first consultation with our physician, you will receive a lab script directly to your email address. Simply take this lab with you to any Quest Diagnostics lab near you.  This is a fasted blood test, so make sure to not eat anything past 9 pm the night before you have your blood drawn. Make sure to hydrate with lots of water, and get the labs completed prior to 9 am.

Food Allergy & Celiac Testing

If necessary, our physicians may order a food sensitivity test kit.  If this is the case, we will distribute the kit directly to you. Take this kit with you to the lab that is instructed, and they will perform the necessary test.  This is also a fasted blood test, so make sure to not eat anything past 9 pm the night before.

Brain Chemistry Testing

If necessary, our physicians may order a brain chemistry test kit.  We will distribute the kit directly to you, and you will take this kit with you to the lab that is instructed.

Comprehensive Nutrition Evaluation (NutrEval) Testing

Once you are 30 days into your program, we like to administer this NutrEval test kit to determine how well your body is absorbing nutrients.  This tells us how well you are responding to your treatments. This kit will be distributed to you halfway through your program. It takes three weeks to get your results, and they will be discussed at your end-of-program appointment.  Take it to the lab you are instructed upon distribution.

Comprehensive GI Testing & SIBO Testing

If necessary, our physicians may order a comprehensive GI test or a SIBO test to determine any health disturbances in your digestive tract.  This kit will be distributed directly to you at one of your appointments. Follow the directions inside of the kit to complete the recommended test.
